Delivery Address Responsibility
It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure the address entered at checkout is correct. Due to our strict shipping schedule, we cannot guarantee address changes. Please double-check the address, as we are not responsible for packages sent to the incorrect address provided by the buyer.
If your order is already processing or has shipped, we cannot change the address. We can only wait to see if the package is returned to us. You will be responsible for additional shipping costs if this occurs.
Return Policy

We have a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days from receiving your item to request a return. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return unused items for a full refund within 14 days of receipt. Any items that have been opened cannot be returned. Email us at simplyskin0415@gmail.com with [RETURN] in the subject line to start the return process. Items must be unused and in original condition. All sale items are final sale. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Returns may not be accepted if a restocking fee applies, the 14-day return period has passed, or the product is damaged or used. Please allow two weeks for your return to be processed once shipped. You will receive an email confirmation once processed. Your financial institution may take longer to reflect the refund. Original and return shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damages and Issues
Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (food, flowers, plants), custom products (special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (beauty products). We do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Contact us with questions about specific items.
We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item and make a separate purchase for the new item once the return is accepted.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and inform you if the refund is approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
