Turnaround
All orders are shipped within 5 business days of receipt, Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. Orders received between 4 PM and 5 PM on Fridays will be processed the following Monday.

Tracking Code
The tracking code is usually updated within 2-3 business days after placing your order and can be checked in your order list after logging in. It may take 2-3 business days for tracking information to appear after the product is shipped. If your tracking code is not available within this timeframe, please email us or use the Contact button on our homepage, and we will assist you promptly.
Delivery Policy
Packages cannot be shipped if an incorrect address is provided. Packages sent to an invalid address cannot be reshipped. Customers must ensure the correct address is provided when placing an order. Simplyskin will contact customers who provide an incorrect address via email (info@ami-cosmetic.com). If the customer does not respond within 14 days, the order will be canceled, and the customer must place a new order.
